Submitting Timesheet Adjustments via Support Ticket

This process will be used for the following: 1. Pending Timesheet adjustments 2. Approved timesheets that require adjustments

Submit a Support Ticket

  • Send email to customersupport@ideal.com
    • Add Timesheet adjustments as the subject
    • If it is a single adjustment, you can add the details in the body of the email
    • Attach spreadsheet or sign-in sheet as supporting documentation for multiple adjustments
  • Chat feature (bottom right side of portal)
    • Use the Send our team message option to contact the support team.
    • Add “Timesheet Adjustments (Location)” as message
      • If it is a single adjustment, you can add the details in the message
    • Attach the spreadsheet or sign-in sheet as supporting documentation for multiple adjustments

Follow-Up

  • The support team will review the request and reach out if additional information is needed.
