Submit a Support Ticket
- Send email to customersupport@ideal.com
- Add Timesheet adjustments as the subject
- If it is a single adjustment, you can add the details in the body of the email
- Attach spreadsheet or sign-in sheet as supporting documentation for multiple adjustments
- Chat feature (bottom right side of portal)
- Use the Send our team message option to contact the support team.
- Add “Timesheet Adjustments (Location)” as message
- If it is a single adjustment, you can add the details in the message
- Attach the spreadsheet or sign-in sheet as supporting documentation for multiple adjustments
Follow-Up
- The support team will review the request and reach out if additional information is needed.
