Policy Overview
This Policy outlines Ideal’s approach to managing worker performance, expectations, including feedback and development.

Policy
Professional conduct and meeting job duties are paramount when working with Ideal’s clients and their employees and other Ideal workers. As an Ideal worker, you should:

  • Have reliable attendance and arrive on time for all shifts you except, except where otherwise excused.
  • Complete your job duties as outlined in the shift posting.
  • Follow our Code of Conduct, QuickStart Guide, and other Ideal policies.

Implementing Performance Management
Ideal is committed to maintaining and contributing to our Customers’ positive work environments, creating a positive work environment, and treating all workers fairly. Ideal will:

  • Ensure that performance objectives are clear, measurable, and mutually agreed upon.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with all workers to address concerns promptly.
  • Provide support and resources to managers and supervisors to handle performance issues appropriately.
  • Regularly review and update our performance management processes to ensure they are fair and transparent.

Disciplinary Consequences
If an Ideal worker’s performance does not meet our standards, they may face disciplinary action, up to and including suspension or termination. Examples of such behavior include, but are not limited to:

  • Consistently failing to meet performance objectives.
  • Neglecting duties or responsibilities.
  • Failing to improve performance after being provided with support and resources.
