How is Ideal worker time recorded?

Dayforce powers the Ideal mobile app our workers to clock in, clock out and record meal and rest breaks.

• Workers have been instructed to check in with the shift point of contact at the start and end of shifts to go over instructions and get feedback on their performance. 
• It is required to give Ideal workers a 15-minute paid rest break for every 4 hours worked. They will not need to clock out for rest breaks. They will attest that they took the break at the end of the shift within the app.
• Workers are required to clock out any time they leave the work site for any reason other than assigned work duties.
