Update Your Zip Code in a Flash!

There are two ways to update your zip code:

• Email: The quickest way is to send an email to workersupport@ideal.com from the email address currently linked to your Ideal Worker account. In your email, simply include your full name and your new zip code.
• Phone: If emailing isn't convenient, or if you no longer have access to the associated email address, you can call our support team at (612) 324-5281. We'll be happy to help you update your zip code over the phone.
