Update hourly wage, number of Ideal workers requested, and arrival instructions on the Ideal portal
If an Ideal worker has already accepted your shift or you need to update a shift's date, location name, location address, job description, wage range, attire, start and end times, please contact customer support with a screen shot of the shift you'd like to edit, and let us know the correct details.
This helps us ensure workers receive the updates relevant to them, so they show up to shifts well prepared and on time.
- Access shift schedule: From any screen on the customer portal, navigate to the left sidebar and click on "Schedule." This page will show you a summary view of all the existing shift postings.
[Screenshot] - Find the shift you'd like edit: If the shift is today, it can be found in the first screen that opens when you click "Schedule". All other shifts will be grouped by day in the "Upcoming" tab . Once you've located the shift you'd like to edit, click the purple "edit shift" button next to the shift start and end times.

If you need to change a posted shift's date, location name, location address, job description, wage range, attire or start and end times please submit a support ticket via this page's chat, email our customer support team or call us at 612-324-5281 with the correct details. We will edit these details on demand and communicate any changes with scheduled workers.

- Alternatively, you can change a posted shift's location name, location address, job description, wage range, attire, date or start and end times by cancelling the shift, creating a new location or job with the correct information as required and re-posting.
