Registration & Password Set Up

Your company’s account owner will receive an email from talentmarketplace@ideal.com inviting them to complete registration for the Ideal customer portal and create a password. This is the hub where your team will manage shift requests, time approvals, and billing.

Getting Started

 During onboarding your customer success manager has gathered information about your company to use in shift postings such as branding or language that will appear in an “about us” section of every shift. If you are an account owner or an admin, you can review this information by clicking on your organization name in the bottom right corner of the customer portal home page and selecting “administrator dashboard” then “edit” by your organization name. If you’d like to modify information displayed on your posts such as about us, company name, or billing information please contact support

When Ideal is with your people on the ground, they’ll be able to tap into our talent when it matters most

  • Is there a cost to add team members?
    Team members invited to the account come at no extra cost!
  • Is there a limit to each role being assigned?
    There is no limit to the amount of team members you can assign as an admins, hiring managers, or supervisors.
