Ideal clients may request from time to time that an Ideal worker not return to work for that client. Ideal takes these requests seriously and will promptly investigate all requests by clients to block an Ideal worker from returning to work for the client. Ideal will not block a worker from returning to work for the client until the investigation has been completed.
Ideal is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and will not enforce a request to block a worker that is found to be discriminatory or is contrary to law.
If the result of the investigation is justified, Ideal will block the Ideal worker from returning to work at that specific client. In most cases this should not prevent the employee from picking up a shift at any other Ideal client. In the event that you are scheduled to work for a client who has submitted a block request, you will be removed from that shift, but are free to pick up any other shift on the Ideal App.
If you wish to appeal your block from an Ideal client, you can reach out to WorkerSupport@ideal.com.
