After you've completed onboarding as an Ideal worker or customer, you will be invited to register for the help center via email.
If you have already registered for the help center, you can sign into the knowledge base by clicking "Sign In" in the upper or lower right hand corner of the Help Center Home Screen
- You will need your Ideal account email and help center password to access the help center resources after registration.
- You are able request a password reset at sign in if you have a valid Ideal account email address. We suggest saving the help center password in your browser for easier access in the future.
If you have not registered for your Ideal help center account, please check the inbox and junk folders of the email address associated with your Ideal account for an invitation
