# What if I don't want an Ideal worker to return?

We appreciate your commitment to maintaining a high-performing team, and we want to make it as seamless as possible for you to remove individuals who are not a good fit for your organization. If you have identified an Ideal worker whom you consider a great fit for your organization and wish to prioritize their consideration for future shifts, contact our customer support team at [customersupport@ideal.com](mailto:customersupport@ideal.com).

Provide the following details:

- Worker's name
- Date of the last shift they worked with you
- Any details you can provide to explain why you'd not like to see them back

By sharing this information, you help us understand the specific qualities you value in a worker for future opportunities and provide the the coaching our workers need to be successful.  Our team will ensure that the designated worker is not shown your organization's upcoming shifts.
