What happens if the organization sends me home early?

Ideal workers will be paid for all hours worked. However, if you are dismissed within 3 hours of shift start, Ideal will provide a minimum of 3 hours pay for your time, or such time actually worked, whichever is greater. This does not apply if you were dismissed for poor behavior.
