How is Ideal worker time recorded?

Workers have been instructed to check in with the shift point of contact at the start and end of shifts to go over instructions and get feedback on their performance.
It is required to give Ideal workers a 15-minute paid rest break for every 4 hours worked. They will not need to clock out for rest breaks. They will attest that they took the break at the end of the shift within the app.
Workers are required to clock out any time they leave the work site for any reason other than assigned work duties.
