# Hiring Policy / At-Will Employment

**Policy Overview**  
We welcome diversity and inclusion in our workforce, and we value the contributions of each worker. We strive to create a positive and productive work environment where everyone can perform their duties effectively and efficiently. We expect all workers to adhere to our Code of Conduct and policies. All Ideal workers are employed at-will and may be terminated in accordance with our policies and applicable law. This means that either Ideal or the worker can terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause. Nothing in these Policies or any other document or communication should be construed as creating a contract of employment or a guarantee of continued employment.

Employment with Ideal does not guarantee or confirm that a worker will earn a particular wage or accept any shifts.

**Non - Exempt**  
All Ideal workers, unless specifically stated otherwise, are considered non-exempt, which means their job positions do not meet FLSA or application state exemption tests. Nonexempt employees are NOT exempt from minimum wage and overtime pay requirements and are eligible to receive overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given week, or as otherwise required by applicable state law.
